In a word, benefits. Non-competitive PTO and holidays. Acceptable but not ideal healthcare. I would love to see CareXM improve in this area because they check every other box.

Amazing, affordable health insurance through Cigna as well as dental and vision and 401k, the pto rollover policy, so many bonus incentives, I can go on and on.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is the scheduling. You are required to work one weekend day Saturday or Sunday each week. You choose at employment offer. I would like it if we could work Saturday one week and Sunday the next, alternate the days each week. That is my only complaint
