I love this company! CareXM is an innovative, friendly, fast-paced, and mission-driven company on the front lines of patient care. All of my colleagues are wonderful teammates - hardworking, supportive, friendly, and respectful. The company has a great leadership team that works very effectively together, even in challenging circumstances. And senior leaders are among the first to get involved and help out when challenges arise, which is very impressive.

Cons

CareXM's telehealth/virtual health business model requires excellence in performance, is constantly evolving, and is not without its occasional surprises. The company might not be as good a fit for persons requiring a perfectly predictable routine with little or no uncertainty.
