Co-workers are close. Location is convenient from the freeway. The patients are amazing.
Cons
Get everything in writing! Management plays favorites and will take it out on everyone if they are having a bad day. Yelling across the office, sarcasm and eye rolling is how feedback is given. Requesting time off is difficult.
