Pros
Employees are awesome people most (except management which is a revolving door) have been there a long time.
Cons
The people who run the company make decisions based on the bottom line and ignorance of what is important in healthcare. No loyalty, treat their staff like trash and put money into high paid consultants instead of the primary care staff who are taking care of the patients. Run you do not want to work for this company.

Pros
Convenient locations and nice skilled nursing buildings.
Cons
Poor pay and benefits. High turnover at every level including leadership. Little opportunity for career advancement. Disinterested elitist owners interested in profit, not their patients or employees. Very dismissive owners/executives. REALLY UNDERSTAFFED!!!
