      pay and PTO benefits are good hours and flexibility are unmatched New merger with Monster is an exciting step forward

      Cons

      The human capital/staffing industry has been in turmoil for a few years. CB is forging through, but it's not an easy time to be profitable.

      Management sucks especially indian client support management

      Pros

      Company is great but they need to change managers as they think it's their own company and discriminate among associates. They don't let any feedback move to the upper foreign management.

      Cons

      As I said, company is good but the management is not. And if they continue to employ these so called assertive and incapable managers, this will not end well for them. These managers also do partiality bases on who's their favourite (obviously who licks their feet). They don't like people who can stand for themselves.
