Opportunity is there but as usual you have to work harder if you are female

Pros

How hard you work is directly related to how well you do. If you put in the effort the opportunity is there for you to move up. I also think the nature of the work is valuable as it is important to have confidence dealing with exec. and also being able to cold call in general is a valuable skill.

Cons

as a female it seems like my particular job is a boys club. I know this sounds trite but I just feel that my boss likes the men on my team MUCH better than myself and that tends to make me feel unconfortable but that really isn't reflective of CareerBuilder as a whole. Aside from that I must say for such a fun, young office the environment could be brighter and more vital. I mean our job is difficult at times it would be nice to feel some encouragement from our surroundings.

Great company to work for that has had some growing pains, but overall is a stellar employer.

Pros

Compensation, company/team events, travel, growth opportunity, relationships within the workplace (friends made here are some of the best I've ever made), support inside and outside of work. Overall, once you get out of the entry level side of things, the company recognizes you for your hard work and compensates you appropriately.

Cons

You really do have to be agile--often times a switch will come down from management that is drastically different from what you learned/were doing previously, but after a while, you get used to it and DO become agile.
