      More concerned with metrics, no true sales structure or support. No improvements to offering. Marketing and sales disconnect. Management is toxic.

      Goof for people who want to start their career at Account Management in corporate sales Company benifits are good. They make you travel leasure and Business which very few companies does Challenging role but lot to learn Commission structure is good in sales

      You encounter micro-management on sales roles Job pressure is high. eather you perform or perish but still get to survive if you lean the business trait.
