Cons

Executive growth team assignment of lofty - unobtainable goals make earning commission very difficult. They also changed the commission structure 3 times within 2.5 years.

Pros

Certain Corporate roles are 95% remote, travel isn't necessarily needed so that gives a lot of flexibility and control over the time you spend outside of work. The team and culture is very friendly and supportive.

Cons

Salary increases are not significant unless you accomplish something amazing in your role that gets the attention of your Hiring Manager to consider a promotion. But even then, its not guaranteed because of Company budget reasons

Cons

Assessment RNs don't have as much flexibility as ongoing RN care managers. The steps to success as presented are not real. As with every other company, it's who you know that gets you promoted. Upper level managers do not communicate well.
