We have been nervous about learning a new system for months. I watched videos and read job aides but still worried I couldn't do my job. When i got to training, all my worries went away. I couldn't believe the leader of IT was giving our training. He made everyone feel special. He took time with each of us, made it funny at times and really understood our business. I am so thankful for him and one of his staff members.

Driving between appointments can be long with many cases.
