The entire management team is so transparent and reachable. I could contact any one of them for help and truly believe they would personally help me in any way possible. The team is made up of all different backgrounds providing so many strengths and resources all with a common goal of meeting the needs of caregivers and their families. The number one goal is to keep people at home in their own environment with their loved ones caring for them. So many members of the team have been personally touched in some way by the importance of making sure that caregivers are given the resources to provide care to their loved ones. It's a team environment. I am an RN but have a CM partner that can help in areas that I'm not as familiar with such as medical equipment and where to get them. Teamwork is a priority. They truly strive for you to live a balanced work and home life, offering the fliexibility to make your own schedule and work partly from home. Awesome!
