Pros

Amazing management and coworkers. The response time when I’ve had questions is fast. Family oriented company that has the best interests in their employees. This company is very interactive with their employees. My BCBA is great when it comes to any question I have or when I ask for suggestions.

Cons

There are not a lot of clients in Southeast Iowa. Most clients are in the bigger cities in Iowa and that is a 2 hour or more drive one way.

Very flexible Part of a family that cares about you Very understanding about work-life balance

Cons

There are communication errors; it is a start-up company, and sometimes it takes a little bit to figure out who you are supposed to be talking to or who runs what in the company.

Pros

This company came into my life at the absolute perfect time! Even though I am an out of state employee everyone here is so welcoming and kind. This is the most genuine company and group of individuals I have ever worked for. I feel very lucky to be here
