Pros

This company came into my life at the absolute perfect time! Even though I am an out of state employee everyone here is so welcoming and kind. This is the most genuine company and group of individuals I have ever worked for. I feel very lucky to be here

Pros

Amazing management and coworkers. The response time when I’ve had questions is fast. Family oriented company that has the best interests in their employees. This company is very interactive with their employees. My BCBA is great when it comes to any question I have or when I ask for suggestions.

Cons

There are not a lot of clients in Southeast Iowa. Most clients are in the bigger cities in Iowa and that is a 2 hour or more drive one way.

Pros

The company is so welcoming and supportive to their staff. They provide a lot of opportunities to collaborate with one another since it is in home therapy and there is not a lot of opportunity to meet in person. The company shows their appreciation doing special events for their staff each month. Decent pay for billable hours. PTO is pretty good and they give an allowance for professional development.

Cons

It takes a while to build up a caseload and some of the clients are not close by. This should improve as the company adds more BCBA’s.
