it is easy to get

Cons

You will have no work-life balance if you are doing it part time. I have no social life, no time to put to my academics and the clients can be extremely rude too. The commute is not compensated and literally takes up half your money earned. Not worth the time and efforts. It is exhausting and for nothing in return.

Absolutely none, apart from the fact that you're able to help vulnerable people

Cons

Awful company to work for, all they care about is money, they do not listen to anything and everything is too much trouble. Management are terrible and not easy to talk too. No1 listens and they have a complete disregard for the care of both clients and carers. Pay is terrible and management dont do anything, it is just about the money.

Too many to count, they lie and you don't get the shifts for the job you applied for, plus you have to pay for your own travel expenses to get to unpaid training and shadowing.
