Pros

The only pro I can state is that you’ll love your teammates. The company also has it’s own type of social media page where you can earn points based off of how well you perform. When you receive enough points, they can be exchanged for rewards like gift cards or other desired items you may see at some of your favorite stores.

Cons

Communications between your trainers and your soon to be supervisor may sometimes fail. So it is best to make sure you make known to your supervisor everything guaranteed to you during your training, especially your specific schedule. Also, this position requires persuading members to schedule appointments and using sales techniques to do so. So if you are not good at sales type roles, you may not like this type of role. Lastly, if and when you have internet outages, it counts against your attendance, regardless of whether or not you have documentation. The same is true concerning doctors’ excuses—the absence still counts against you.

Pros

They have some remote positions

Cons

Because it’s remote you don’t get to know the demographics of your colleagues all around the different locations.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for the work you contributed during your time with Carenet Health. We’re glad to hear that the availability of remote opportunities was a positive aspect of your experience. We also understand your perspective on how remote work can sometimes make it more difficult to build connections across teams and locations. Creating opportunities for collaboration and stronger engagement across a distributed workforce is something we continue to focus on as a remote and hybrid organization. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and helping us identify ways we can continue strengthening connection and engagement among our teams.
