Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience has felt this way, and we appreciate your honesty in highlighting the concerns you’ve encountered. We understand that performance metrics, coaching sessions, and operational expectations can sometimes feel demanding, particularly in fast-paced healthcare support environments. These processes are intended to help maintain consistent service quality for the patients and members we support, but we also recognize the importance of ensuring that employees feel respected, supported, and able to grow within their roles. Your feedback regarding micromanagement, career growth opportunities, and flexibility will be shared with leadership as we continue working to improve the employee experience. We’re grateful that you acknowledged the positive relationships with coworkers, as strong team connections remain an important part of our culture. Thank you again for sharing your perspective.
