Pros

Good benefits, retirement, and safety culture.

Cons

NO work-life balance, company doesn't work on equipment to improve the right processes, quality program needs work and equipment in plant needs updating to have a better product. Employees are always having to work 6 days a week to get min work completed because plants are in such bad shape.

Pros

Very few, lots of micro-management even if you hit and exceed goals. Company is in flux and does not know how it wants to do business. Leadership is weak. Regional Sales Leader Rob Wolter enjoyed hearing himself speak more than listening to his employees. Took credit for their victories and rarely gave anyone credit for their accomplishments.

Cons

Almost everything. Salary is low, commission is weak and raises are very hard to come by. Do more with less is the new catch phrase.
