They allow slackerst to continue to not preform thus destroying overall achievable facility stability. Upper management is blind to the truth and/or REFUSE to Honestly investigate false paperwork, questionable equipment operations, its compromised safety department & fudged quality numbers. Work/Life Balance is a sin, there is none, you just deal with it. The forever shift rotation will crush you,work and family.
