Pros

Benefits were great, best I've seen, well thought out training. Some ability for limited travel. Global company, noble motive to feed the world. Strong identify and culture.

Cons

Incredibly poor work/life balance yet they preached how important it was. Salaried, 70+ hours per week, ended up making about $10 per hour if you factor all the hours. "you're the new guy out of college, so you can work these hours" got old really quickly. Lots of top-down directives followed by micro-management. Ended up doing a lot of work that someone with no education should have been doing had I been allowed to hire the correct number of people (flipping lids on railcars at 3 am).

Pros

Good name recognition, international company

Cons

They will treat you like a number, and outsource your job after you have some seniority. No commitment to long term employees.
