Pros

Steady paycheck until there isn't one They offer benefits

Cons

Everything involves corporate red tape Mass layoffs handled like slaughtering cattle Company used to have good values but has gone completely WOKE Still growing outside the U.S. but laying off U.S. workers Complete mis-management from upper management. Focused on Greed not Employees. If you speak up about something they will just fire you Cut their Food Safety and Personal safety people and programs by huge amounts in the mass layoffs.

Pros

- Some genuinely great people work here

Cons

- Poor executive leadership - Poor Hybrid/remote policy (forced RTO will always force high performers out of the company) - Lack of vision - Was promised a promotion and never received it
