Pros

They give you a great amount of PTO with the option to buy up to two extra weeks. They also offer a nice benefit package including health insurance, short term and long term disability, 401K, and many other things. T

Cons

Even though they say that they are an equal opportunity it seems to be pretty difficult for certain people to move up, not saying that it doesn't or can't happen. Often times management of different departments seem to be "butting heads" on who should have the upper hand ultimately causing lack of communication.
