At one point I could say pay however that is a thing of the past!!!!! Optimization has killed the pay.

Cons

Optimization = drastic pay cuts. The retirement plan they have is by far the worst I have ever seen.

Pros

Nice family environment. Most realy care about brand. Good PTO policy, holidays off. Nice building to work in. Smoke free is also huge plus.

Cons

Slow to change and many in management lack skills needed for that position. HR seems totally out of touch with how to help associates, some even lie because they figure that's better than admitting the truth about ones situation.
