Pros

Significant cost savings on merchandise and you get to wear the clothes to work e

Cons

Leadership Team is crippling this organization. Incompetent leadership starting at the director’s level going up. Abusive behavior such as demeaning or belittling employees by some leadership seems allowed by the CEO, HR and top management due to their relationships outside of work. There is favoritism everywhere! No Work Life Balance!! You are expected to answer emails all hours of the day/night to include weekends. Your dedication and hard work is not noticed unless you are one of the chosen ones. Same thing with employee recognition, there won’t be any unless you are in their click!!

Pros

Small laid back culture. Lots of exposure to senior management. Amazing flexibility with work life balance, WFH etc

Cons

Very outdated technology, resistant/refusal to change. VERY slow moving. Not a lot of movement or opportunity within the company. Most people have been in their same role for 15+ years. Not challenging, easy to get lazy and comfortable. Poor communication within the company
