Pros
-Can be a really fun and non-strenuous job if your store is staffed properly -Free coffee or tea every week! -You can develop really great relationships with customers -Your coworkers sometimes become your family
Cons
-Management can be really two-faced and get involved in a lot of drama. I’ve had multiple managers talk behind my back to other shift leads and team members. I’ve also had them talk poorly about my coworkers to me. It’s highly unprofessional and can create a very chaotic and stressful work place. -You get the feeling that you’re fairly disposable despite a long-term commitment to the job just due to corporate not really showing any concern for team members and shift leads. -Wages, although improving in Minnesota locations, are severely lacking in Wisconsin stores. -General lack of communication from district managers and general managers because they’re overworked and face too much stress -Constant cutting of hours from corporate
