      Pros

      It’s a relatively easy, fun, and rewarding job. You wear a lot of hats as a manager but it’s overall rewarding when seeing team members grow in the company.

      Cons

      Pay is a little on the low side, definitely could be higher. For me as AGM, it seems hard to get enough hours due to labor. Only around 30 hours a week. Easy to move up but might take a little time or big time relocation.
