      Pros

      Good coworkers, educational coffee experience, relaxed atmosphere, and great customers. Always felt like I was around a supportive group of friends moreso than coworkers.

      Cons

      Corporate management is sometimes detached from the reality of the business. Heavily pushes certain items that don't sell very well, instead of focusing on better basic coffee blends. High emphasis on keeping labor hours down, which means we're often short-handed.

      Great discounts on Coffee and Products, You meet the coolest people. Room to advance

      Cons

      Pay isn't amazing and its somewhat difficult to get a raise. Also your hourly rate may change from day to day based on whether or not you're team member for that shift or the shift leader.

      Pros

      I love the people I work with and my store manager at clark and wellington is amazing. 5 stars for her alone! My manager is flexible with my schedule and I feel like the team is supportive of whats going on with me. The store stays pretty clean and the drinks are great. We get a lot of nice regulars that I like talking with.

      Cons

      Sometimes customers can be grumpy and sometimes tips arent so great but at least we get them. I am not always a fan of having to get up early to open the store at 5 am. Sometimes you can get a huge rush of customers.
