Pros

Very small office with very few clients. The clients are great to work with. The majority of CNA's are hard working and kind.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Job requirements change daily. An absolute "no win" situation. Lacks proper training. Poor pay, no benefits. This post applies to Raleigh, NC office only.

Pros

The office I work for has great office people. The interview is pretty decent. The hours are very flexible. They make an effort to give you people close to your area. They email you the schedule. They are a pretty great company.

Cons

The pay is low, you can't earn more than $9 no matter what, but you start at over wage and it's easy to move up. You aren't always given the amount of hours you want, you get what you get. I work three jobs one week and then one the next. Hours arent always right, some patients want you to stay over, but its your choice usually.

We are glad to hear that you enjoy working with our Caring team. We do offer competitive pay, PTO, and paid holidays. As you know, hours can be difficult in the home care industry because of cancelled shifts or other caregivers calling off. We do what we can to maintain consistent schedules.

Pros

you get to help senior citizens, which is nice, and very rewarding, and you get to become close with these people and their families, helping them through the end stages.

Cons

The pay is too low for qualified employees, and there are too many employees that don't care about the clients, making it worse then a nursing home at times.
