Not a great fit

Pros

Helping Families downsize or take care of task if they lost a loved one

Cons

Very erratic hours with my location, pay is low, my particular team mgmt refers to much of client belongings as trash junk, much of what could be donated goes in dumpster. Expect you to be on standby for low pay and same day shift changes. The males considered movers are paid more than rest of team. (discriminating)

Pros

Very easy going culture Casual dress code Interesting aquisitions

Cons

Training was very poorly done and unstructured, and management was actively antagonistic and made for a hostile work environment.
