      Pros

      I enjoy working at Carmeuse. I have autonomy, a great team, and the flexible hybrid schedule helps with my work/life balance. They actively try to engage employees and solicit feedback. Management is solid and supportive. All in all, it's a really great place to work. The people are also really wonderful to work with and most are very collaborative and helpful.

      Cons

      The only con is that the industry is not the most interesting/entertaining. So, you have to enjoy the work.
