Fair compensation, reasonable work life balance, ample opportunity to make a name for yourself within the organization, development opportunities are supported. Staff at the location was tightly knit, and tended to stay a while.

Cons

Senior management is forward thinking, but there was questionable decision making from offsite management with regards to key stakeholders and their retention/release from the organization. Recent retirements have resulted in a fair bit of turnover as of late.
