      Pros

      An employer that is truly preoccupied with its employees' wellbeing and development. Company's values aren't just some words on paper, company and people really operate on the daily basis guided by them. The main strength I think is the people - they made me feel welcomed from day one, everyone is eager to help and make me feel included.
