Carmeuse really is a big family of more than 4500 people. I work with different teams in Carmeuse, all over the world ,and I can't find one single person that I don't enjoy to work with. It's a company where you can grow, develop your skills, where you are appreciated for your experience and know-how.

People are great, feedback is really valued and people are not only considered employees, but they are valued as people. I felt welcome since day1 and everyone was really keen on making my onboarding experience smooth and making me feel welcome. In opposition with other companies I've work for in the past, you really feel listened to and valued here, there is a strong emphasis on one's career development so if you wish to learn and expand, this is the place to be. Company invests a great deal in learning and I think it really depends on the manager and specific team you're part of, but my experience so far has been great!
