Great company with great people working with you. Such a friendly environment. Everyone really cares about eachother which makes working together nice.

Opportunity for growth within is kind of low.

Steady work but not much over 40 hrs. Not much of a union.

Cons

Insurance is $110 week for 90/10 or $150 week for full. Also Teamsters is cutting pension by 1/3.
