      Pros

      I've been here for more than 10 years and have many opportunities to develop, grow, and be promoted. The pay and benefits are great, including raises and very competitive bonuses. The support from front-line management, middle management, and upper management is great. By far the best place I've ever worked and I'd highly recommend to anyone.

      It was a good company to work for with excellent benefits, 401K, dental, HSA, medical, bonus pay, holidays, vacations, and excellent manager.

      Decent benefits, reasonable parking, good location

      Cons

      Inconsistent management styles, supervisors and managers who don't believe in managing and feel they don't have follow company policy. Abusive managers allowed to stay in positions for years.
