Pros
Great Place to work if you want a good challenge. Most people are helpful and most systems work. Pay is good but you have to earn it which is not a problem.
Cons
Some level of bureaucracy as with any organization. Some long tenure management personnel can be difficult. Some lower level employees aren't happy and openly bad mouth people and the company.
