Snacks in lunch room before the pandemic. Ping pong table.

Cons

No established procedures for getting things done. Management is clueless. They try to use 1 person to get do a job of 5 people. As a result there is a high level of stress and frustration.

Carmeuse really is a big family of more than 4500 people. I work with different teams in Carmeuse, all over the world ,and I can't find one single person that I don't enjoy to work with. It's a company where you can grow, develop your skills, where you are appreciated for your experience and know-how.

Cons

I would enjoy to meet my team more often, as we are split all over Europe.
