Adequate wages and benefits. People doing the work are decent and hard working.

Cons

Priorities change continuously and changes are not well communicated. Messages from leadership roles are often contradictory. Complete lack of training on processes and procedures to do the job. Leadership talks a good game, but offers zero support when it is requested and needed.
