Pros

I love the family culture of this company. Every one makes you feel welcome and every voice matters. I started at the very bottom and with hard work and true dedication I have made it to a decent position with a decent salary in the company.

Cons

Like any family, this family has strengths and weaknesses. Challenges are overcome by team work . Bottom line is that there is team work, and that what makes this place such a great place to work for. The “pros” out weighs the “cons”

Pros

The benefits that are offer is pretty competitive and the vacation hours are decent. The senior management seems to be very professional but I can’t say that about the regular management that’s on the floor

Cons

Poor management skills, lack of communication, people are told to come to work even when sick by peers. People would come in and get others sick. Management likes to scream at employees on the floor and tell everyone on the team the mistakes you’ve made
