Job security is what will keep you there for the long term. Enjoyable president and employees, make the work day less monotonous.

Cons

Minimum room for growth. Pay is also low. Will find yourself working long hours with little appreciation or compensation for your efforts.

Pros

Great working environment. People tend to stay for years, low turnover. Company tends not to lay people off, except for the Great Recession that we all endured. Company reimburses work-related education expenses, such as Custom Broker test and licensing. Pay raise upon receiving federal license.

Cons

No automatic COLA raises. Profit sharing bonuses in good years.
