Pros

- Met some nice people - Got hands-on experience with some of the major marketing platforms (Google, FB, LinkedIn, etc.)

Cons

- Very low pay - Extremely high workload with constant crunch periods - Extremely repetitive work, felt like I was on a factory line churning the same content day in and day out - No creativity, just copy + paste to different platforms - Absolutely no diversity at this company

Left Disappointed

Pros

They have an excellent training for new employees where you can gain knowledge of every platform.

Cons

Really excited to start my career at Carnegie Dartlet but quickly felt myself plateau. I tried to push through. However, some decisions by management led to an increase in workload and little to no work life balance. I wasn’t offered support, only told to work on my own time management. Starting pay is below market average and there’s been a lot of turnover due to competitive wages.
