Pros

This is a company that cares about its employees, and it shows. Unlimited PTO and the remote work culture with so many ways to get involved are my favorite perks. Scheduling is flexible, and we do half day Fridays in the summer.

Cons

Below average pay for the industry.

Thank you for your review of Carnegie, and we are proud of our people first culture. Carnegie added unlimited PTO, and a generous parental leave policy for 2023. Summer Friday's continue to be one of our popular benefits and we continue to look at other benefits we can add. We consider pay to be competitive and look at our salaries annually to make sure we stay competitive. If you would like to discuss this further please contact me at hr@carnegiehighered.com.

Pros

Good company culture despite being a fully remote company. This is a good place to start out for learning digital marketing, but you will only find continued learning and pay worth your experience elsewhere.

Cons

Continued learning is barely a priority after your training period. You will not have a lot of opportunities to progress depending on who your manager is. Very high turnover on certain teams(because of certain managers). If you're not on the Paid Search Team, good luck!

Thank you for your review of Carnegie. At Carnegie we are very proud of our People First culture, and I agree it is a great place to start a career in digital marketing and many of our employees have had successful careers here. Carnegie understands that training and development are instrumental in retaining and developing a high-performing workforce. All employees receive training and professional development opportunities. The turnover at Carnegie is average, and many of our team has left to pursue other opportunities. Nothing makes us happier than to be a part of our employees professional journey.

Pros

My experience so far at Carnegie has been terrific. Everyone is kind and supportive, and extremely talented at their jobs. The company seems to really care for the employees and works hard to foster a culture of camaraderie and fun, even in a remote context. They also promote from within and help folks pursue their interests and goals if they want to move up or even switch teams. I highly recommend applying!

Cons

The leadership seems a bit cliquey, but other than that I have no complaints.

Thank you for your feedback on Carnegie, and we are happy to hear you are having a positive experience. Carnegie works hard to hire the right people and create the culture you described so well. Each employee is a valuable member of our team, and nothing makes us happier than to see our employees grow and advance their careers with us. Thank you again for your feedback and if you have any further comments you can contact me directly.
