Pros

Since starting at Carnegie, I have learned so much from my coworkers and especially from management. My personal and professional growth has been very exciting and made possible with the supportive and welcoming environment. I enjoy working at Carnegie because asking questions is encouraged and always met with a valuable and thoughtful response. My work-life balance is great as my manager is consistently ensuring my workload is reasonable. I’m proud to work at Carnegie because of the strong culture and impactful work.

Cons

Communication across teams can sometimes be lacking but it isn't a major issue.

Pros

Some reasons I love working at Carnegie: - Growth opportunities. I have felt extremely appreciated and rewarded for my hard work on the digital team. You also have the opportunity to mold your career to your interests by moving teams or working on special projects. - Culture. Carnegie really feels like a family regardless of how much the company continues to grow. There are always fun, non-work related activities planned and management really makes an effort to get to know everyone on the team personally. - Professional development. I have learned so much about digital marketing and the higher education industry and the teams are constantly holding trainings or sharing new best practices to make sure everyone remains experts for our clients.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind at this time.
