Pros

~ Leadership empowers all staff to have a voice ~ Innovation and growth is encouraged across all teams ~ Strong technology backing the software products ~ Management flexibility ~ Beautiful offices in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh ~ Company culture and growing community involvement

Cons

The business is growing at such a rapid rate that there are times when some extra hours are needed. That being said, leadership always recognizes, appreciates, and values the “all hands on deck” mentality of the teams and balances.

Pros

Depending on your manager, there is some flexibility to help balance work and family.

Cons

Communication throughout the company is horrible if not non-existent. There is no transparency in the company. Everything is a secret. Unless you are in the Development group, managers don't value their employees. The attitude is: no one is irreplaceable. Management also makes a lot of false promises. Advise: get everything you are promised in writing! Performance managements are absolutely pointless.
