plenty of parking available in a quiet part of town.

Cons

most of the reviews this year are accurate. too many people with agendas that do not align means that workers get caught in the crossfire

Open to change and adaptation to improve processes

Cons

No sense of accountability and many times feels like the wild west in terms of what should be getting done, who's working on what, etc.

Health insurance and 401k a pretty decent

Cons

No vision in where the Company wants to go and how to get there. Overconfidence in hiring has led to two large layoffs with more on the horizon. Many people relocated to take positions who have now been laid off. Strategy comes exclusive from upper management with no input from people doing the grunt work. Yet, most people responsible for the strategy and overextending of jobs have been safe.
