      Pros

      You get a paycheck that’s about it.

      Cons

      They are low paying, when they receive bonus money they do not pass on to employees. HR does not handle serious problems which are reported. They make excuses, and have been caught in lies when asked direct questions by employees who are seeking help.

      Pros

      Carney is a somewhat small company so you know all of your coworkers. They offer a good range of benefits. The subject matter of the work is important and meaningful and the team is super dedicated to the customer. HR is responsive and helpful. Direct manager is personable and easy to work with. There is quite a bit of customer interaction which I like.

      Cons

      The benefit costs out of your paycheck are high. Promotion opportunities can be limited based on your role and project. The 401k match amount is low. Little communication from CEO and none from the President

      Pros

      Carney has some of the most caring, down to earth people out there. Everyone from the owner to the president, the managers...extremely approachable and helpful. The Chief of HR stocks supplies for us, casual dress, free coffee, in Old Towne in the middle of everything. I love it here!

      There really isn’t anything.
