      Little opportunity for advancement, low pay, extremely high involuntary turnover

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule (although little to no work from home) Nice people Nice offices Convienent location It support is timely Impressive clients- good for your resume

      Cons

      Extremely high involuntary turnover No opportunities for advancement Managers do not know how to assess, value, encourage potential. You will be under utilized- this is not a place for high achievers. Low pay, expensive benefits. Most people complain about the company on a daily basis- low morale.

      If you're lucky to be on a halo project, you'll stand a chance of working your way up to a point in which you can be treated like a human

      Zero work-life balance Office politics, to the point of dysfunctionality Human resources is only a resource for separating employees from their self-respect

      Pros

      At Carney I am surrounded by the most talented co-workers that I have had so far in my 20 year career. They are passionate about the work they do. They care about their work and about delivering a remarkable experience to our clients. Senior management fosters this environment and makes it easy for me to do my job. There is a lot focus on transparency and feedback. Managers ask me for my feedback (a new first in my career) and do a professional job when they give me feedback.

      Cons

      The constant pull between getting work done and getting proposals for new work out the door can be very demanding at times when both hit at the same time.
