      Pros

      Carney has some impressive in-house technology, gadgets and gizmos. They have the capability to produce high quality software products in their offices.

      Cons

      Management invests in tech toys, not the employees. They also claim to be in touch with industry standards, while still developing antiquated products in a nice shiny wrapper. Contracts are not stable, to say the least. Highest turnover rate I have ever seen.

      If you're lucky to be on a halo project, you'll stand a chance of working your way up to a point in which you can be treated like a human

      Cons

      Zero work-life balance Office politics, to the point of dysfunctionality Human resources is only a resource for separating employees from their self-respect

      Talented team, Good location, Self-directed management approach, reputation for high-end work. A great place to demonstrate ability and push your career. There is a significant push towards reinventing the way learning and development services are produced and delivered to federal government clients.

      Cons

      Government market focus is potentially limited given current market.
