      Talented team, Good location, Self-directed management approach, reputation for high-end work. A great place to demonstrate ability and push your career. There is a significant push towards reinventing the way learning and development services are produced and delivered to federal government clients.

      -Great people that are highly engaged and dedicated to their clients -Great location in Old Town Alexandria -Comprehensive benefits for a smaller company -Challenging work -People tend to stay and enjoy their teams and managers

      -Something that will get better with time and growth, but promotions are not always readily abundant but they do a good job of trying to find a good place for everyone -Some of the clients are demanding

      -Tremendous effort on creating a culture of high performers -Focus on delivering value client and not just trying to make a buck -Values employees -Lots of benefits -Great location and office space -Incredibly talented and intelligent people -Management is trying hard to do well

      Cons

      -Management should quickly recognize when people are not in the right job and either move them or let them go -I wish they paid more of the insurance premium -A lot of focus in many different directions, need less goals and objectives
