Pros

Flexibility of some positions, benefits were good, support by management in good departments.

Cons

Everyone is out for them selves and it makes for a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. Low pay when compared and raises were across the board instead of rewarding individual excellence. Hard work is over looked and considered your job when colleagues under preform. Lots of managers with “yes” people around.
