Pros

The hospital has great credentials and is nationally recognized. Beautiful building and the grounds are nicely kept. The dining room is very nice too.

Cons

Limited opportunity to grow unless you're apart of the "boys club." Upper management can be difficult to work in a majority of the departments. Some managers are know to incite mistrust and disagreements between employees.

Pros

Great pay and flexible hours. Supportive of continuing education and certification encouragement. Excellent surgical services, critical care services, anesthesia services.

Cons

Being on call frequently is frustrating on occasion, but comes with the territory and night shift staff cuts down on time being called as frequently. Management is improving. Would like to see more enforcement of policies against rule offenders.
