Cons

- It does take time to build your book of business. There are uncapped commissions and lots of ways to make money, but the first year is a grind. - There are so many products and solutions to learn. The go to market strategy is best adopted by a curious and hungry personality. - Reps are given the freedom to win or fail - no CRM activity logging

Incredible culture which truly feels like a family. Company invests heavily in developing their associates and helping them acheive their goals. Internal support groups are responsive and helpful. Very low turnover due to a very thouough interview process. This is by far the best place I have worked and most I have enjoyed any job I have had.

Cons

There are no downsides. Thankful to be a part of this team!
